left a voicemail with gun shots no voice no talk just gunshots

recieved call Vodafone customer care advised to call 1555 to find out more but it was 19:30 Hrs this area is closed. Seems strange as it reported as not available or disconected. Could be Government agency instead of telemarketing. Perhaps trace calls Attempt to black ball or block caller. Oddly I have had a few issues of a personal nature and made a few calls on the phone regarding these to Government and other telephone numbers and this started happening now?

When a call comes in from this number I never answer it. About 30 seconds after my phone quits ringing, another call comes in from this same number - VERY ANNOYING!
